Holy Trinity Vision Phase 5
The Car Park
At Holy Trinity we are rightly proud of the work that’s been done on our church building; because it’s God’s building, and God has enabled the work through his people.
But it is now time, we believe, to complete what was begun, if the vision is to be truly God-honouring and our building a welcoming resource for generations to come. The PCC has therefore agreed to launch an appeal to fund the refurbishment and extension of the car park which will include an access ramp for the Parish Hall as well as improved drainage. The first four phases of the vision were completed in 2015 with much celebration and the car park represents the final fifth stage. After extensive surveys we estimate that the total cost will be £70,000 (including some ancillary works), which we believe will be raised by a mix of a gift day in September and fund-raising activities to give our organisations the opportunity to be involved.
Some reminders: our gift day on 1 September will be an opportunity to pledge; don’t go into debt to give; don't forget that gift-aid will significantly increase the value of your donation.
With God’s Blessing, Mark
