Ways of Giving to Holy Trinity Church Formby

Holy Trinity Church Formby relies entirely on voluntary contributions.
Here are the different ways you can give:

• Bank Standing Order

Email our treasurer Phil Crow on philcrow@talktalk.net and he will give you the
details you need to set up a Standing Order through your bank.

• By debit or credit card using the tablet and card reader at the back of church

• By cash or cheque (payable to Holy Trinity Formby) on our open plate at the

back of church.

• Online via our Just Giving page

• Or you can donate by online bank transfer. Please email our treasurer Phil Crow

 And don’t forget Gift Aid

Remember if you are a UK taxpayer you can Gift Aid your donation. For every £1
you donate the government will pay Holy Trinity another 25p.
If you are giving by the Parish Giving Scheme or Just Giving then you can gift aid
through them.
If you are giving by cheque or bank transfer and wish to gift aid your donation please
complete a gift aid form and post it to the church office at Holy Trinity Church,
Rosemary Lane, Formby, Liverpool, L37 3HA or scan or photograph the form and
email it to the office formby.htc.office@btconnect.com .
